Full Planning
$7000
This package is best suited for couples who are just getting started with their wedding planning journey. Will our full service planning, we will provide support from start to finish. From the earliest stages of your vision, through vendor selection and day-of execution, our team will manage every element of your day with precision and care. We will handle all communication, assist with budgeting, create your timeline and floorpans, ensuring that every decision made aligns with your initial vision. We want your planning experience of feel simile and personalized to you.
Partial Planning
$5000
This package starts 6 months prior to your wedding date. It is best for couples who want professional guidance and support to bring everything together. Our team will get you started at booking with a kickoff meeting, making sure you're off to a great start. Then, at 6 months out we step in to take the reins. We will manage vendor communication, create your timeline and floorpans and manage all logistics leading up to your wedding day. On the wedding day, we will make sure everything flows seamlessly from setup to teardown.
Day-of coordination
$3000
This package while called "day-of" coordination, really starts well before the day-of your wedding. This package starts 12 weeks prior to your wedding date and is best suited for couples who feel comfortable creating their own wedding day plans and want someone to step in to make sure the day unfolds exactly as they envisioned. At 12 weeks out, our team will step in and take over vendor management. We will review and polish your timeline and floor plan before sending it out to your vendor team. On the day-of, you can trust that everything you worked so hard to plan is being handled from start to finish.
Petite Coordination
$2000
This package is for small gatherings with 30 people or less, typically with just you and your closest friends and family. We will step in 12 weeks prior to your big day to manage any vendors you have and polish your logistics, timeline and floor plan. On the day-of, you can enjoy an intimate celebration with those you love most.

So, we are here to completely eliminate those feelings! Our user-friendly system makes your planning easy and stress free!
At the time of booking, you will receive access to your custom planning portal. It includes a very detailed checklist that is divided into phases throughout your planning. It guides you through every single step of your planning!
